Tom Truelove received his Masters from Middlebury College’s Bread Loaf School of English before starting a diversified livestock farm in Morris. Truelove Farms raises heritage breed hogs, beef cattle, laying hens, broiler chickens, and seasonal turkeys on pasture, with a focus on sustainability. For the past eight years the farm has sold its products to restaurants and at farmers markets throughout the state, and Tom has given numerous tours and presentations in support of the local food movement.
